Nathan and Niamh is the fourth Issuing Orders episode. Unlike most others, it is an ongoing thread as the relationship with Nathan Whyte and Niamh Mairi Dunlevy (the focal point of the episode) has reached no obvious conclusion. It is the second episode to feature Nathan Whyte and the first in which he is the primary character.
