The Cosmic Strand is a crafted legendary Source for the Wizard in Diablo III. It requires character level 70 to be worn. Its level 50 equivalent is Singularity. This Source is famous for enhancing the Teleport spell, adding a Wormhole rune to any other (except Reversal; Reversal will be suppressed). As of patch 2.3.0, it works with Archon Teleport spell as well. Despite the Game Guide stating that it has +9 random magic properties, it actually has +5, to a total of six, like any other Source.
