Elsie Freedman is a character in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. She can be found in her home in Freehaven. Elsie sells membership to the Guild of Mind for 50 gold. The guild teaches party members basic mind magic and learning for a fee, and also sells the mind magic spells.
