Scottish Sanctuary Housing Association is one of the largest landlords in Scotland and is a registered Scottish charity. Established in 1996, they took over Scottish Homes (now the Scottish Housing Regulator) stock in 1998 and merged with Tenants First Housing Co-operative and Sanctuary Cumbernauld in 2016. With over 6500 properties including general rented and sheltered accommodation, Sanctuary stock can be found throughout Cumbernauld, Renfrewshire & Glasgow and as far north as Fraserburgh and as easterly as Aberdeen and Dundee.
