The Purple Potty was built during the events of Captain Underpants and the Big Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy - Part 2. It was invented by Melvin Sneedly so that George and Harold could retrieve the Combine-O-Tron 2000, which was previously destroyed by the ridiculous Robo-Boogers after it was used to separate them from him.
