Lou Thomas is a former NASCAR driver from Linthicum Heights, MD. He competed in one Sprint Cup event in his career. That came in 1953, when Thomas raced at Langhorne. Starting positions in the forty-car field are unknown due to poor records, but Thomas would finish 24th in the race. Outside of major competition, Thomas was a standout driver at Westport and Dorsey raceways, and worked in a filling station on old Annapolis Rd. The rival of Johnny Roberts, Thomas spent most of his career driving #75.
