Clarence is 4'10" tall and has blue eyes and black dyed hair. He wears a blue shirt and jeans year-round, and has a brown sack as a backpack. His bike is blue and black, which he commonly calls it The Punisher, which he runs over anyone in his way. After the player beats the Pokémon League, he changes it to The Speedy Deliverer and becomes much kinder, and gives the player a friendship bracelet to always remember their friendship. In the Anime, he only becomes kinder to Ash and his friends when Ash beats him in the Zoanne Poke Contest.
