This is a collaboration technique between Kinsei and Inari. Kinsei uses his Liquefied Earth Technique to liquefy the surrounding land. Inari then uses her swift release and runs in a small circle. The liquefied earth splashes up, forming a vortex. Inari can also run directly around the enemy to trap them in the center.
