Gnaz Blunderflame is a level 42 engineering vendor located on a hidden hill south of the Mosh'Ogg Ogre Mound in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. The camp may be hard to find, but the hillside is climbable at one point just south of the ogre camps, and this path leads straight to Gnaz and Knaz Blunderflame.
