Neil Bell (born 2nd March 1969 in Lancashire) appeared on Coronation Street in four roles: * A Neighbour of Alex Swinton, Sheila Hayes and her son Wayne in July 2001. * Caravan owner Simon Farrah in May 2002. * A drug-dealing Man in September 2008. * Billy Matheson in January 2011. Bell is best known for his roles in the films Dead Man's Shoes, 24 Hour Party People, Sex Traffic, and The Second Coming.
