Scapel is one of the few lucky grunts of the Decepticon Army to curry favor with a commander. The prim and proper Seeker medic, who for some reason has a British accent, has been entrusted by Commander Starscream with overseeing repairs on all of the Air Commander's personal troops. Scapel takes his duty seriously, and doesn't take kindly to chaos in his medbay. Scapel has been know to raise his voice at even Starscream, when he feels the Air Commander is hampering his duties.
