Sandhill House was a 6 storey tower block on Fourlands Road on the Bangham Pit estate in Bartley Green, Birmingham. Approved in 1956 as part of the second phase of the estate, it was constructed by Wates along with its sister block Redhill House. After being designated a defective property under the Housing Defects Act 1984, it has since been demolished and replaced with low rise housing.
