Heal Bonus is a Characteristic. A character with Healing spells can gain an additional bonus to those heal effects. This Heal Bonus only effects healing spells, not Health Steal or Health Transfer spells. The numeric value of the Heal Bonus is applied as a percentage bonus to the base healing, not as an absolute value. So +20 Healing Bonus is equal to a +20% bonus to the healing a spell applies.
