Only two "Ulevo" cards were ever printed, and both were given away as prize cards to the finalists of the 2004 World Championship along with "Meteo the Matchless": Masatoshi Togawa and Chan Wan Hang. Unless you can somehow manage to contact them and obtain it from one of them, there is no way to get a non-counterfeit Ulevo.
