Julie Howard was a character that appeared on the episode There Will Be Blood in The Mentalist and was revealed to be a Red John accomplice. She was tortured and murdered by Lorelei Martins for information regarding Lorelei's late sister Miranda rape and murder, in which she took part in with the help from Red John and Jason Lennon. She was also Jason's partner in his killing spree where she would find vulnerable women and take them to her house and pass them off to Jason to have him rape and kill them.
