Dazzo was a male Klingon renegade in the mid-23rd century. He was short, stocky, and had technical training. In the 2240s he was an assistant engineer of the pirate ship Shark, under chief engineer Okenga. He was captured by Federation authorities in 2249, along with other survivors of the Shark's crew.
