When she confirmed Hugo’s place on the flight, she informed him that the airline had a policy which required him to purchase two tickets; when he questioned this, she inquired as to whether or not she would need to weigh him, he eventually agreed and purchased next to his in addition to his original. She presented him with bad news when she informed him that Flight 815 had already begun to board in the Oceanic International Terminal, and they were in the Domestic Terminal; she informed him that she was skeptical as to him making his flight.
