The Asmodeus class corvette was a type of starship on active duty in Starfleet during at least the last quarter of the 23rd century. (Starfleet Dynamics) Based on the Garneau-class spaceframe, the secondary hull was replaced with photon torpedo bays with the capability of firing fore and aft. Asmodeus's were also armed with six phaser emplacements in three banks. The crew complement of an Asmodeus-class corvette was 86. It's possible that the Asmodeus class and the Jester-class are different continuities' nomenclature for the same vessel.
