Anna Chlumsky (born December 3, 1980) is an actress from Chicago, Illinois who guest-starred on Law and Order in the episodes Charity Case and Innocence. She also guest starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Twenty-Five Acts" as author Jocelyn Paley. She is known for her role in the 1991 film My Girl and currently stars on the HBO Network series Veep.
