Rick Krown was the owner of Rick's General Store in Frostkeep. He is also the father of the well-loved innkeeper, Sara Krown, of the Burning Bear Inn. He was one of the more eager citizens of Frostkeep to welcome newcomers, likely due to the possibility of securing new customers for the season, and was willing to inform new arrivals about the town itself.
