Hulgen Proudfist is the half-orc NPC leader of the Proudfist Tribe who has joined the Many-Arrows Tribe against the Neverwinter Guard in the Tower District. Riftel Farsight has a plan to convince them to abandon their allies and back the Neverwinter Guard instead.
