Darklord of the Chilling Eye. Tomogh, also known as Darklord Tomogh, was a willowy creature with pale white skin and disproportionately long arms and legs. Tomogh wears a thin white fur pelt over his back and sides. He has a completely featureless face with the exception of one huge, grey eye that radiates bone-numbing cold at all times.
