Taruhi (タルヒ, Taruhi) is a Koukaku quinque used in the battle against Yoshimura. It was wielded by Koori Ui. Taruhi vaguely resembles a halberd, and its head is capable of functioning as an effective whip. It is later destroyed by the One-Eyed Owl in the same operation.
