The Yorkshire Moors (also known as the North York Moors or the North Yorkshire Moors), is a national park in North Yorkshire, England. The moors are one of the largest expanses of heather moorland in the United Kingdom. It covers an area of 1,436 kmĀ² (554 square miles). The Yorkshire Moors are home to a Quidditch stadium, in which spectators are advised to cheer quietly as the Muggles come looking from time to time for the source of all the noise.
