Doug Reid is the bank employee at First Federal who tells Carl Porter that their bank will no longer allow any extensions for his due payments and they try to discuss his options, but the final decision is that the bank will foreclose the bar at the end of the month if full payments of the arrears are not made. He later also tells Carl's son, Jack this information.
