Using his Tenseigan, Masayoshi is able to create portals that allow him, others, or even objects such as jutsu to travel across certain distances. Masayoshi can open a portal anywhere he can see. Thanks his Tenseigan enhanced vision range, Masayoshi is able to see almost 20,000 km, making the range seem almost limitless in the midst of battle. He is only able to open one portal at a time, meaning one entrance, one exit, and after the technique is used five times it requires a cool down time. Similar to its so called parent technique, the movement is instantaneous, allowing the users to catch their opponents off guard.
