Vandalor was a Human male who held the rank of colonel in the Imperial Army. He was the field commander in the final days of the Battle of Selsor, where he informed the elite snowtrooper unit Snow Hawks that they were going to take part in the assault on the main Alliance to Restore the Republic stronghold on the planet. Later, after the final assault on the Rebel base and the treachery of Major Kalima, he arrived on the battlefield aboard an Imperial Assault Shuttle and informed the snowtrooper commander, Kisoyt Soliger, what had happened.
