HairCutter is a tech in Chrono Cross. This level 5 tech is used by Grobyc and is automatically acquired at 19 star levels. When cast, Grobyc jumps into the air and channels power into his hair. He then releases a beam of energy from his hair that forms a laser saber, which he uses to slash his enemies.
