[Source] Acid-beet salad was a salad dish that included as ingredients the vegetables known as acid-beets, which were native to the planet Vjun. Dex's Diner, an eatery owned by the Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster on the planet Coruscant, served the salad as a side dish for 3.5 credits, at some point prior to the establishment's destruction during the first two years of the Galactic Empire's rule. Jettster himself considered the dish delicious.
