Mrs Shipulski is the secretary of P.S. 38, and according to Nate Wright, the "blushing rose" of the principal's office. Nate feels very affectionate toward her, despite Jenny Jenkins, but his feelings for her are probably stronger. She is also very proud of her BMI, or body mass index.
