East District was situated in Summersea, Emelan. It was bordered by Copper Triangle in the west the city wall in the east. The Mire could be found on the other side of the wall. Cobbler's Lane, Lucky Street and Shortshank Way were in East District. On early morning of the 9th day of Sap Moon in 1036 KF the first victim with the blue pox was found within the city walls, on Cobbler's Lane in East District.
