Dark Lady of the Sith was a title that certain Sith wannabes bestowed upon themselves because they thought the traditional title of Dark Lord of the Sith was too sexist. These are the same idiots that call themselves "webmistresses" and other sources of stupidity, setting the feminist movement back some fifty years in the process.
