The Pactrometer was invented by Professor Pac. It has the ability to allow the user to travel between the four wonders of Pac-Land: Cleopactra, Crystal Caves, Pac Ping Harbor and Haunted Halloween. Mesmerelda discovered Professor Pac's creation and captured him, but the Pactrometer was given to Ms. Pac-Man in order to stop the witch. With it, Ms. Pac-Man gathered the Gems of Virtue and defeated Mesmerelda, restoring Pac-Land to its enchanted beauty.
