This is the Charter of Our Alliance: The UNSC Earth Alliance was made initially for one reason: destroy large alliances particularly GATO and the Legion. As the Alliance developed (lastchance was added) we became official and are willing to provide Foreign Aid and trades to members of the Alliance yet our true desire burns strongly. War is a necessity, and I myself like to go to war. But to receive aid for a war you must apply for the war in the appropriate thread.
