Ensign McCormick was a male Human in the 24th century and was one of O'Brien's assistants on Deep Space 9 in 2370. He assisted O'Brien in repairing the runabouts' transporters. He later piloted the Ganges while testing the transporters on objects in the Pride of Mintak. (DS9 novel: Warchild)
