Humma O'Tego was the warden of Devar-Toi, before Pimli Prentiss. He is only mentioned by Ted Brautigan, for his fairer ways than Pimli's. In one case, a Low Man named Cameron raped a Breaker. Humma did not let Cameron get away with it, and put him to death. It is possible he was related to Finli O'Tego, who became Pimli's Chief of Security.
