Eventually, his popularity grew to where he became the official mascot of Nintendo Power. He appeared in several video games, including Nester's Funky Bowling for the Virtual Boy. He was "announced" as an April Fool's joke character in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.
