Basic Dolls are a special type of Voodoo Doll with neutral properties and no special abilities other than a power boost. There are only five dolls in this category, two of which have been discontinued. The only ones remaining are the three original dolls that existed before the release of El Patron's Lost Weapons. Other than the most basic doll, which can also be found in loot, the only way to get these is to complete special quests which are automatically added to your quest journal as your doll level increases.
