Count Vorkalloner was a District Count on Barrayar. He was considered to be the second-stiffest "old stick" in the Conservative Party. After Richars Vorrutyer's attack on Dono Vorrutyer, Count Vorkalloner changed from voting for Richars to voting for Dono.
