The Lord's Square is the administrative and cultural center of the city, stretching in an L-shape from the tip of Outlook Spur to the edge of the Blood River. Two buildings stand out both in height and splendor in the quarter: The Lord's Mansion, from where Lord Berthan lives and rules and the Imperial Theater where the finest entertainment in the region can be found. Also in this heavily patrolled quarter lies the gaol and courts where prisioners are held, interogated, and tried for their crimes.
