Michael John Francis Turnbull III (January 15, 1930 - April 10, 2006) was the 9th President of Georgeland, serving from January 1, 1984 to January 1, 1992. Turnbull was educated at the University of Long Island before a scholarship to Cambridge, where he studied philosophy and fine arts.
