Puff Up is Jigglypuff's Final Smash in Super Smash Flash 2. Jigglypuff inflates to an extremely large size (the size of Final Destination), and then creates a "push" while she shouts "Jiggly!", dealing about 19% damage and extreme knockback. It then shrinks back to normal size.
