Actress Naomie Thompson played two minor roles on Coronation Street: an unnamed GP who was called out to attend to Jack Duckworth following a severe angina attack in August 1999; and returned to the programme in July 2003 as Miss Crocker, a drama teacher at Weatherfield Comprehensive. Her other TV and film credits include roles in Peak Practice, City Central, Emmerdale and Always and Everyone.
