Headmaster Armando Dippet had a broomstick. On 1 September, 1992, when Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley flew a Ford Anglia from London to Hogwarts Castle on broad daylight (and thus breaching of the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy), witch eyewitnesses Leonora Gore and Daphne Maubyslin blamed Dippet as he was well known for his erratic flying. As a result, Professor Dippet had his broomstick confiscated.
