Rhys Kinlan is Sherlock's old drug dealer and comes to Sherlock for help in finding his daughter. He explains to Sherlock that kidnappers are keeping his daughter until he pays up a debt. Whilst Holmes is investigating the case, Rhys encourages him to return to his old ways and take drugs again, saying that Holmes is a better investigator whilst on them. However, Holmes resists the temptation.
