The New was a magazine being read in the Q Continuum. The Q known as Quinn wrote a column for the magazine entitled "My Corner of the Continuum". "The New" was a thin publication that represented what the Q had not yet done or experienced, while a thicker tome entitled "The Old" represented all that the Q had already experienced and learned in their long existence.
