The Kavis Alpha sector was a region of space. Within this sector, there was an unnamed binary system. (TNG: "Evolution" ) The graphic of the binary star system in the Kavis Alpha sector would be seen in Captain Jean-Luc Picard's quarters for the rest of the series.
