Harry was born in Limon, Costa Rica on the 28th of April, 1982. Shum launched his career as the only male dancer on Comic View in 2002. He continued his career in dancing from there. He has been a lead dancer for Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson and Mariah Carey. He is also on Glee as Mike Chang.
