Roberto Garcia played Chapa during Season 2 of The Shield. Garcia is an accomplished stunt performer who has performed on shows such as NCIS: Los Angeles and HBO's The Pacific, the latter of which he also served as an assistant military advisor on due to being a military veteran himself.
