Vladra was a Klingon who served in the Klingon Defense Force in the 23rd century. In 2273 she was a member of the science department aboard the IKS Ghargh. Vladra began to have romantic feelings for Kral, the Ghargh's commander. When she realized that Kbrex, Kral's older brother and first officer, was plotting to remove him from command, she went to Kral's quarters to warn him of Kbrex's plans, but Kbrex was already there and attacked her, hoping to make her his mate.
